6) Not too many blind links. No blind Enter buttons.

NO ILLEGAL CONTENT OF ANY KIND! NO OBSCENE PIX ! No BDSM sites
Your warning page can't have any hardcore pix or banners.
Your galleries can be on a different domain (ie: sponser hosted galleries are OK)
